- DODaniel OBrienOct 3, 20255.0This 5 star is strictly to the maintenance staff. Great response to my maintenance request sent via member portal. Randy and Davon super helpful and friendly. Just recently I put in a request to replace light in my main bedroom closet. Davon responsed same day as my maintenance request was submitted. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to replace my old light with a new light. Davon had to relocate the new light on the ceiling, so he also had to plaster where the old light was hung. he told me he would be back the next day to plaster the hole in the ceiling. He came back the next day, but I was not home. When I came home, there was a maintenance note hanging on my door that he will be back the next day to paint over the plastering. The point I am making here is that he kept me a abreast of everything that he was doing and when it would be done. Great communication!!!!!
