- SSSusan SiljeeDec 3, 20255.0We closed on our house 11/6/25 and have not moved in yet. Looking forward to getting settled in January. The entire process was flawless. Both James Wilson and Jake Stump were very helpful bringing the build to completion. Jake was very responsive with emails and was always available to answer all of my questions. James Wilson was great to work with. Very knowledge regarding everything about the build. The pre-dry wall inspection really helps to see how structurally sound the house was built and you could see how important is was to James that everything was done correctly. For the preliminary walk through I was surprised to see how in depth it was. Walking through every room to check and see if everything was working properly. And then going outside to do the same. James had a final check list prior to the closing and took care of everything on the list. His demeanor is calm and reassuring which is so helpful during a stressful time for home buyers. Thank you Pulte, James and Jake, for a job well done.

Both were incredibly knowledgeable of the home and construction process. The closing window was very close to initial projections and communication throughout the process was excellent since we bought from out of state. Still too soon to review overall construction worthiness (only closed 3 days ago), but so far, everything is running smoothly, house was delivered as promised and James made sure all final walk through issues were resolved by closing. Loving our Pulte Home and riverlights community.
