Both were incredibly knowledgeable of the home and construction process. The closing window was very close to initial projections and communication throughout the process was excellent since we bought from out of state. Still too soon to review overall construction worthiness (only closed 3 days ago), but so far, everything is running smoothly, house was delivered as promised and James made sure all final walk through issues were resolved by closing. Loving our Pulte Home and riverlights community.

- DHDebra HopeMar 10, 20242.0We have a Pulte home in Riverlights and will provide our building and post-purchase experience here. Our home closed Dec 2022. The sales rep, likely to secure a sale, severely underestimated the building timeline by 4 months. We had 2 different Project Managers during our 10-month building process. Both young and inexperienced, which led to ineffective or misleading communications and poor project oversight. We were given a very short notice on our closing although we had asked for some type of window for weeks. At this point, 15 months later we are battling with them to fix our siding which was incorrectly painted due to poor project oversight. A few of those are pictured here. Our siding is a brand of siding known for its durability because it is pre-painted by the factory. Unfortunately, Pulte permitted painters to paint the siding which in turn voided our warranty. We continue to battle through having the home brought to the terms of the contract under which we entered with Pulte. I caution potential Pulte homeowners to closely monitor the building process, document issues along the way, and educate yourself on your rights when issues arise and Pulte refuses to rectify them to the terms of your purchase.
