  I made a horrible mistake signing a lease here. Staff are hit or miss, trashy neighbors, dirty common areas, and roaches. What an awful year I spent in this dump.

  I really like St Andrews reserve! I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and yes there have been a couple small problems that were resolved in a quick manner but otherwise I love my little apartment community. The staff is so kind and helpful and they plan the sweetest events and activities for us. Also having access to the gym and the pool in the summer is very nice. I also feel like this is a very safe space.

  Complex is great to live in. But I hope no one ever has to have the inside of their apartment sprayed for mold/mildew. Maintenance never asked me to remove anything from my bathroom, nor did the remove anything before spray harsh chemicals all over my animal food bowl, tooth brushes and everything else in the bathroom. Thank goodness I was home at the time so I was able to rush and clean to food bowl. The office management doesn’t seem to give any care at all. Best I can say I good luck to future tenants.

  This is my second time living here and I am satisfied with the staff, maintenance and the living conditions. I have made a few maintenance request and they were taken care of in a timely manner. I have not had to make any complaints about this apartment. The location is ideal to any place I need to go.

  We've been here about a year. Office ladies and sir are nice as heck. They know many residents by name/nickname/walk and animals. They love the doggos. Easy complex to walk around; fairly large walking area. Dog park is spacious. All communities have terrible neighbors that do not clean up after their pets. This is one of those. The office and maintenance team do their best to mitigate it. The maintenance team is swift to respond to needs. They communicate well and loveeee the animals as well.
