However I've noticed a change in communication over the last 12 months with little to no explanations about maintenance stuff happening around the property. Previously, we were informed about changes or updates happening. For example, the door lock to gym area was having issues for months (I brought it up to them in person when I was unable to access that area). Then someone broke in, caused a lot of damage inside that building and now the door is fixed and updated. It has felt that are more reactionary then proactive with security measures, basic maintenance, and communication altogether. Will be relocating to another complex when my lease is up.

From the start, Tandy, the leasing specialist, made the entire process easy and welcoming. Her kindness on the tour and her willingness to go above and beyond were a huge reason I applied in the first place.Now that I’m settled in, I can honestly say the property has lived up to every expectation. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and everything has been smooth and comfortable so far. I’m really grateful to be here and even more grateful for the great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

It’s conveniently located in Wilmington, felt safe, and pretty quiet. Our biggest complaints weren’t the complex itself, but some of the neighbors, which the office helped address. There was vandalism issues which caused crack downs on pool and amenities, which yes, was inconvenient but that’s not the property’s fault, but those who decided to destroy the property. We lived here for 3 years and have many fond memories and no regrets staying here. It was perfect for starting out in Wilmington and we are grateful for our time there.

I enjoy having the fitness center and pool at my disposal. I find the property management has always been helpful and professional. Any time I've had any issues in my apartment, they've been resolved quickly. The maintenance staff are helpful and polite. They keep the property pretty clean. I would definitely recommend living here.

The laundry/gym area is open 24/7 and has ample equipment. Extremely dog friendly environment including the office! We have not had any issues with bugs like some have said and if we did I have no doubt that the office staff would get it taken care of right away.
