- NHNick HurzelerSep 18, 20241.0I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Our sales person (called herself Kap) was a liar. Said out back yard was up against a natural preserve land that couldn't be built on... we now have townhomes looking into our back yard. The quality of their construction is pathetic. They care more about getting the job done quick than quality. Our roof started leaking after the first mild wind/rainstorm. Be VERY careful when you decide to move into a home they build!!
- JMJoe MattosNov 10, 20211.0Buyer be ware! looked at homes at pulte senior 55 community at riverlights. when I asked about the financing ,these are the terms as I understand them, 25 k to hold the lot and withinin 30 days after being accepted for the purchase the buyer comes up with 20% of the total purchase price minus the 25k( ie 600k purchase 120k down) Constuction time 4 to 8 months. in the meantime if you change your mind for any reason you loose your 120k and pulte keeps your 120k and sells the home full price making an an extra 120k. fairer way to do this would be if the buyer changes their mind charge the buyer reasonable holding costs and give them difference when the house sells in this market with pulte having waitings lists for hpmes there is no reason for ther policy except GREED!
