    DO NOT BUY FROM OAKWOOD HOMES IF YOU WANT A HOME THAT WILL LAST LONGER THAN A YEAR. Bought a home from Oakwood homes of Wilmington a little over two years ago. While we had a laundry list of things they needed to repair, they beat around the bush with the critical repairs (ie. the floors and plumbing.) they continued to either not reply to emails/phone calls or claim someone would be out to fix the issues until our warranty expired. Now here we are, two years down the line with our plumbing literally falling apart. (Pretty sure that’s not normal wear and tear.) Oakwood will be hearing from lawyers down the road regarding these issues as we continue to document everything.

    Go See Tammy Davis, she is the most awesome. She has held my hand through the whole process. No matter the situation, she has been by our side and most important to us she has been on our side. Her positive attitude and bubbly personality made this process a pleasure. Mike has been right on top of getting everything done for us. This group of people at Oakwood homes of Wilimington NC are the best.

    Vicki was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the product. I loved the fact she was able to tell me what city and state each home was manufactured from. She was the one sales person that took the time to show me each home. This meant a lot because others just pointed out homes to look at but she took the time to make feel appreciated. Thank you Vicky! I hope Oakwood Homes of Wilmington knows how much she has to offer and what a valuable person she is to your team.
