    I had the worst experience here, specifically with the community manager, Deja, and I didn’t even live here. I applied for a unit here, because the apartment complex seemed very nice and updated and the location was nothing short of ideal for me. When I would call to check on the status of my application and results, I would be met with the most passive aggressive, condescending, and unprofessional attitude by Deja. I may have been repeating myself by asking the same question twice, only because I wanted to make sure I covered all my bases. She would respond by saying, “like I already told you before when you applied” or “we’ve already been over this.” She would also rush me off the phone. I was truly appalled that a community manager would act in such a way when I was trying to gain some clarity regarding the status of my application. I don’t want to say she is the reason I didn’t want to move here but I simply don’t feel comfortable living somewhere where the community manager lacks any skills that would make a kind, professional, and caring manager. I wish I had read the reviews before applying, because it would have saved me about $300 in application fees. It’s a bummer because it’s a beautiful complex and in a great location, but after my experience I will be looking elsewhere.

    I can’t say enough about my community and that is just what it is. Staff is kind, caring and do whatever it takes to please their residents. When there is a problem they are ON IT!!! They are constantly on the ball when it comes to beautifying and cleanliness!!! For me that is a big deal. There will always be newer apartments, but the upkeep is what matters and again they are ON IT!!! This is my forever home and at my age I can rest knowing that with the staff we have it will always be taken care of. Thank you!!!

    I lived in this apartment for a full year, and unfortunately, the experience changed drastically after the property management switched. The difference was immediately noticeable — and not in a good way. Upon moving out, I was charged a $45 fee for carpet cleaning because “that’s how the apartment was given to me,” and an additional $100 cleaning fee, even though I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. I voiced my concerns to the community manager, who told me she personally inspected the unit and claimed it was not "up to standard." When I asked for specifics, she mentioned the refrigerator and floor were “dirty,” which is simply not true. I had originally planned to return after a temporary move, but after this disappointing experience, I no longer feel confident in coming back. It’s disheartening to end my time here this way after a year of being a responsible tenant.

    I lived at Hudson for several years and really enjoyed it when Bell Partners owned the property. Unfortunately, ever since the change in ownership, the building has gone downhill fast and turned into a complete mess. The new management team has been nothing but unhelpful. The community manager, Deja, in particular, is rude and argumentative with residents instead of providing any real solutions. It feels like they go out of their way to make things harder for tenants rather than fostering a good community. When I moved out, they refused to honor the terms of my original lease and hit me with bogus charges — $45 for carpet cleaning and $100 for apartment cleaning — even though I left my unit in very good condition after years of living there. These are costs the complex should cover as part of routine turnover for the next resident, but instead, they nickel-and-dime loyal tenants on the way out. It’s also no surprise the front desk and lobby staff are constantly turning over. With how poorly this place is being run now, the decline is obvious to anyone who lives here. Bottom line: this used to be a great place to live, but under the new ownership, it’s become a nightmare. I would not recommend Hudson to anyone.
