Now, as a full time real estate investor and former realtor, I offer this advice to those who feel cheated by his scummy practices: - file a complaint with the NC real estate commission. It’s super easy and can be done online. The NC real estate commission will investigate; they probably won’t do anything but he’ll be annoyed and still have to fill out paperwork. The biggest reason realtors lose their license are for trust account issues which property managers use.
