Heather is such an upbeat and bright energy that helps keep you calm in what can sometimes feel like a daunting task.   We are truly happy with our home at Ryan Homes – Highland Ridge. From the very beginning, the experience has been wonderful. We still remember the day we first visited the model home. We were very impressed by how clearly every detail of the property, upgrades, community, and nearby facilities was explained to us. A special thank you to Heather for warmly welcoming us and patiently guiding us through the vision of how our future home would look. We would also like to thank Mr. Luke for helping us thoroughly understand the project and answering all our questions. A very special mention goes to Mr. Justin, who stayed closely connected with us throughout the process—keeping us updated at every stage, quickly accommodating the small changes we requested, and promptly sharing updates. It has been truly amazing to see how the piece of land we purchased transformed into such a beautiful home. We have already received many compliments on it!   We started our home-building experience with Heather, Marissa, and Naite last year. This is one of the best decisions we've ever made. Heather and Naite helped the entire process go smoothly. We had specific needs for our differently-abled child and they were all heard and accounted for. We have been living in our new home for 2 months and we couldn't be happier!

  Building our home with Ryan Homes was a wonderful experience from day one, with Heather explaining everything and making sure we could move in before my due date. The process was smooth, Naite and the team kept everything on schedule, allowing us to move in before our baby arrived, which meant a lot to us as we got our growing family in order. We're especially grateful for the clear communication throughout construction, and we're really loving our new home!

  We absolutely love our new Ryan Home in Highland Ridge! Such a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous scenery and very friendly neighbors along with basement options which is not so common around this area. Our experience was wonderful right from the start with Heather guiding us through all the questions from pricing, model, and design. She really listened to our concerns from our previous home and vision for our new home and has such a fun personality and great sense of humor. Next, we cannot say enough about Naite(our project manager). He was excellent with communication and kept us in the loop throughout the building process with photos, emails, and texts. He was always happy to answer questions and in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for a more genuine team to work with and would recommend, hands down, anyone to come and share this experience to live in Highland Ridge.
