- EPE PhillipsSep 12, 20255.0Re: warranty repairs - I closed on my home February 2025; since moving in, two warranty-covered issues arose. In each instance, Mr. Warren Ebinger, provided "above & beyond" assistance in the timely resolution of each issue. In particular, I commend his response to the garage electrical issue; he traveled to my location late on a Sunday night to ensure my safety and the safety of my home. Kudos to Mr. Ebinger.

The square footage is good for the price...Kelcie the onsite agent is really good...Matt is one of the best Superintendent that I have dealt with in a while. He listens and don't get offended with a buyer having an inspection done...he is a pleasure to work with thus far.

- IEIzzy EdevaneFeb 28, 20231.0Update: Make sure to have your lender selected prior especially if not using their preferred lender. They will send out an email regarding the settlement and considered that you will use their lender even if you never communicated a such. Even when discussing these issues, they no longer respond to your email and concerns especially when they know they are in the wrong. Was very grateful for the care that I received from beginning to end. Came earlier to look through, but was updated of what was available and deals and opportunities within the community. I am excited to move into this beautiful community.
