  I recently toured The Holsten apartments, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The layout of the apartments felt modern and functional, and the overall atmosphere of the community was welcoming and comfortable. A big part of what made the tour so enjoyable was Autumn. She did an outstanding job walking me through everything, explaining the different floor plans, amenities, and details about living there. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how warm and personable she was—she made the entire tour feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear she cares about helping people find the right fit, and that made a huge difference. Elsie was also great to interact with. She was friendly, professional, and helped everything run smoothly. Both of them created a very welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable asking questions and really picturing myself living there. Overall, touring The Holsten was a very positive experience. The apartments are impressive, and the team—especially Autumn—made it even better. I left feeling excited and confident about the possibility of living there thanks to how informative and welcoming they both were.

  My experience here has been great, most notably with the gym and fitness facilities. Ricky Shic helps cultivate a welcoming and inspiring environment for any who choose to work out here, whether they are training with him or not. My favorite gym I've been a part of, and it's a part of a great community.

  What a joke the young girl in the office was Alicia. Very rude no customer service skills at all. I called with a issue and she just pushed me off. Nothing works at these apartments. There is NO courtesy officer as they say there is. Gates are rarely secured and the excuse is oh they broke. When you let teenagers run your community you get these results. This community has 0 accountability and just makes excuses all the time on why they don’t get any maintenance requests done or secure their building.

  Excellent gym facilities. The complex partners with Ricky Shic, a great trainer who lives in the community, to provide free weekly programming and special wellness events for anyone to attend. A good place made better by letting talented, experienced residents bring value to their community and create spaces where everyone is welcome and benefits.

  One of the things I love most about living at The Holston is the opportunity to work with an incredible, award-winning trainer, Ricky Shic. He’s extremely knowledgeable and brings so much enthusiasm and positive energy to every session. He truly inspires me to stay consistent and push myself. Ricky is a huge asset to this community!
