  Sam was very knowledgeable and kind during our visit. We were able to tour all the homes without a time constraint so we could really begin to envision our life there. After letting us walk around, Sam sat down with us and talked us through set up and costs and gave us real life examples of past sales to give us a rough price point! Thank you Sam!!

  Carl was very helpful, we have been here several times in the past and nobody has offered to walk with us to explain they just handed us keys. Carl was awesome he went in each house and answered any questions we had. Very pleased with his professionalism and caring to help us!
