  I can't believe that years ago that management brought dogs into my apartment. I didn't agree with it and had no say but was forced. I dont know if everyone had this experience or if only a few was picked. What was management looking for? It was a horrible experience!!!!!

  Corporate apartments with no care for tenants. Impossible to contact. Apartments claim to be luxury but feature poor craftsmanship doors that don’t close and minimal amenities. Almost 1300 dollars a month for 800 square feet and constantly over full parking lots.

  The facility and the employees are great! However, I can not say the same about the tenants. A few years ago I had two roommates move into the apartment next to me. At first they were quiet and polite but as time went by they got louder and wilder. They were both in their mid-20’s and they seemingly had a party every weekend. One of them, (whose name I think is Jeremy) would always knock on my door, usually once a week, and ask for a cup of sugar. When I would answer and open the door he would quickly wedge his foot in between the doorframe, preventing me from closing it. He would then enter my apartment and stare intensely at my grandfather clock in my living room and would yell in almost a primal scream “IT’S BEER O’CLOCK!” At this point he would dash off into MY kitchen, open MY fridge, and would start chugging all MY beers, one after another. This would continue, against my wishes, for almost 5 minutes straight. I had alerted management about this and they did nothing. They kept telling me “it is what it is”. This continued for months.

  Nice looking place
