- AJAmy JohnsonFeb 25, 20211.0Customer Service does not exist after purchase at the Shallotte, NC office. No one will return your call or email. We knew that repairs or adjustments would be needed, but actually getting someone to listen and take action was very difficult. Countertop was damaged during delivery, and no one bothered to do anything until the day we moved in. Bathroom, dining, and kitchen floor plywood was moldy and had to be completely replaced. We have been asking for a repair to our master bath tub for over 6 months and nothing. Just some of the many reasons to do business with another company.
