We visited the “Gull’s Landing” community soon after arriving in NC.’we were taking an “Exploratory” trip to find out if this area would suit our wants/wishes and needs for a winter escape from the cold hard winters. We scoped out a couple areas in SC and the a couple in NC. From the moment we drove into Sea Trail, we got the feeling of a well established neighborhood. Although Gulls Landing is a new community within Sea Trail, we both felt a sense of community. Our Sales Rep., Amber Faraci was warm, welcoming and very professional. She brought us around the neighborhood and encouraged us to walk around and talk to some of the neighbors. We spoke to some neighbors and they all welcomed us into their homes to “check it out”. Everyone was so kind and answered all of our questions! They even gave us some helpful tips about some of the features in the house which really helped in our decision making process! We are looking forward to this new chapter in our journey! Thank you to everyone who we spoke to and a special thanks to Amber who never pressured us, invited us to check out the amenities and have fun!
