When Ryan Homes came to build here, we liked what we saw and decided to become first time home builders. Amber Faraci, our sales manager, made the process stress free and fun. She and every Ryan employee we've met has impressed us with their professionalism, dedication and infectious enthusiasm. Communication with Trey Hardy, our project manager, has been great, he has anwered all our questions and adressed every concern each step of the way. We're thrilled to be closing next week and can't wait to officially become homeowners in this wonderful community.

Very minor issues during the final inspection and Bobby was great about following up on all the remaining items. I feel as though overall they did an excellent job. Much better than a previous build with another builder.
