- MHMelody HughesApr 3, 20261.0As an admin in a military family support community, I feel compelled to warn other military families about this property. A grieving Gold Star family was denied access to their son’s apartment after his passing—even though they were trying to retrieve his Army uniform so he could be laid to rest with dignity in a military funeral. At the same time, management allowed a cleaning crew to enter the apartment unsupervised. This is not just poor customer service—this is a failure of basic human decency, compassion, and respect for someone who served his country and his family. Military families deserve to be treated with dignity, especially in times of loss. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property to any service member or their family.
- CGChristina GisondiApr 2, 20261.0Army Soldiers- do not rent here! The leasing mgr is one of the most incompetent people I have ever been subjected to. Very brash and arrogant. My son passed away in these apartments. I needed to enter the apt to get my son's Army uniforms so he could be buried in a Military funeral. He would not let me enter my son's apartment. But he was willing to let a cleaning crew go in there unsupervised. How trustworthy could they be? If you are Military, Please Do Not Rent Here. They do not have any respect for the Military.
