- KWKate WeeksJan 15, 20265.0I had to do a warranty request. I don’t know why but I expected it to be difficult! It was not!!! I submitted my claim on the my Ryan home website. I quickly received a call to schedule service. The person in charge of claims, Donnie, is amazing! Not only did he take care of my claim but looked around and suggested I get the one time drywall repair. I didn’t even know about this! Donnie and his crew came and re-caulked a few things and did a little touch up painting. I was very impressed by how easy this process was and how nice they were!!!!
