  The staff here are very nice and helpful!! The sales reps are not pushy. They let you look around and ask questions on your own. The homes here are good quality and have great prices. The prices here are lower than other places I have been too. If you come out and see something you like, ask for Lee. He will help you every step of the way to buying a beautiful new home!

  If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars my husband and I absolutely would! Denver Treadway was the rep who helped us and I can't thank him enough. He listened from start to finish about our family's needs which was a little complicated with baby number four on the way, a bit of a time crunch and not having much luck finding other homes on the real estate market that didn't quite fit right. After listening he found the right house for us on the first model that he showed us! Ideally, we were trying to look for land, but it just so happened that they had a move in ready version of the exact same one that was already done when that option didn't quite work for us. Not only did that make the loan process and overall process more favorable for us but he was extremely efficient the entire time. He let us know the difference that would make in the loan types and how the process would work. Also, he had the patience of a saint with my many many questions. Any question he didn't know off hand he got the answer for us very quickly. And he's just an all-around nice guy. Now we have peace of mind knowing we're set up in the perfect spot for us before our new little guy gets here. If you're looking for someone to help get you into a great home this is your guy!   I would recommend anyone who has ever been turned down a chance to be a homeowner to go on down to oakwood homes in Shelby ask for Justin Morrow. He made this process less stressful. He found what worked best for our budget while getting what really wanted out of our new home. He and his lenders are very familiar with one another and work as a team to get you to the finish line. Justin kept us in the loop every step of the way. Want a stress free home buying experience go talk to Justin Morrow I promise you want regret it.

  My son and daughter in law just purchased their forever home from Denver Treadway at Oakwood Homes in Shelby, NC. I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable he was with the process and how seamlessly he made it for them. From the day we went to look to the day they got the keys, Denver was there every step of the way. Such a wonderful man that took time and was very patient even when it was me asking questions.   I just wanted to tell anyone who is looking for a home about my sales person Denver Treadway. Denver was awesome. He was so helpful in assisting me in finding everything I wanted in a home. He was patient because I was all over the place in trying to make decisions. During the process I felt like he was working in my best interest, and it was so appreciated.
