The Standard offerings are on point with nothing too gaudy and exactly what is needed along with some that are bonuses for the average buyer. The development layout has staggered lots that means no one looks into the others windows/home along with a decent spacing between them. With only 49 lots it is certainly not going to be a location where overcrowding will be an issue. This along with a really great Location is the epitomy of Value For Money..
