  I've been living here about a year and a half. As of now I have no HEAT since late October. Maintenance have been to my unit more than 5x's, and nothing still has not been done except for the ceiling repair when the maintenance guy fell through trying to find out the issue with the heat. The repairs of the ceiling is awful. First it was the thermostat, No thermostat. Then the pilot light, etc... Now, I'm waiting on approval for a fan motor for the past 2wks. Management let me use 2 electric heaters and breaker keeps tripping, plus using those heaters will affect my electric bill. This is WINTER and IT'S COLD!! So UNACCEPTABLE.

  I lived and loved here for about 7 months. I think the only thing is saying you’ll fix everything. We have been without our second room and balcony lights don’t work but I’m sure they are busy. But I love saying here. So much freedom!!!!

  Lived here since November of 2023, never had a bad experience with the staff or complex itself, from them understanding when things come up, maintenance is wonderful quick turnaround times, just might resign my lease and stick around for another year! Thanks Dawson and team

  Dawson apartments is one of the best rental properties I’ve ever been with. They are very effective in their communication with any issues or modifications that may be needed for the complexes. They are very understanding and very helpful. Also the property manager in this establishment is a well deserved one, she goes above for her tenants and we appreciate it and with that I Would 100% recommend this area to everyone!!
