It took forever for repairs to be done and the brick work looks awful. Now five years later the lies are still hunting me. I was told why it was better to finance with VMF which is Clayton Homes. My mortgage insurance according to them would drop after five years versus ten years with another bank I was already approved with. Now the five years is here, it was all a lie according to VMF. The experience was so bad I wouldn’t refer anyone to them for the money they offer. I would not wish this experience on anyone. The company called for a survey after a certain time period. I told them about all the problems I had and no one addressed them or apologized to me.
