  HERE WE GO AGAIN!! NO HEAT, NO AIR! I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS, SPOKE WITH ALLISON ON 3/20 WHO ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE FIXED AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. NOW, A/C HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!! GET SOME PROFESSIONALS IN HERE TO FIX THE HVAC SYSTEM.

  I've been living here about a year and a half. As of now I have no HEAT since late October. Maintenance have been to my unit more than 5x's, and nothing still has not been done except for the ceiling repair when the maintenance guy fell through trying to find out the issue with the heat. The repairs of the ceiling is awful. First it was the thermostat, No thermostat. Then the pilot light, etc... Now, I'm waiting on approval for a fan motor for the past 2wks. Management let me use 2 electric heaters and breaker keeps tripping, plus using those heaters will affect my electric bill. This is WINTER and IT'S COLD!! So UNACCEPTABLE.

  I lived and loved here for about 7 months. I think the only thing is saying you’ll fix everything. We have been without our second room and balcony lights don’t work but I’m sure they are busy. But I love saying here. So much freedom!!!!
