- RRrynoMar 23, 20261.0very poorly constructed homes. can hear everything going on outside as if it was inside. had issues with one tub leaking to a roof leak in another room. many of the trim pieces were falling off or just all the way off and the ones that are up have way too many nails. outside power outlet quit working after a few months of not being used. big cracks in the ceiling in multiple rooms. back porch light they broke the screw off flush so cant change the light bulb. for 70k we expected a bit more quality but i guess that was too much to ask. will never buy another home from them and cant recommend anyone else too either. if you do buy a home from them i suggest you inspect every inch everyday during the warranty period.
