  La verdad vivir aquí es orrible de un tiempo para acá actualmente los nuevos administradores se creen dueños de todos si pides que te arreglen algo que está dañado por antigüedad te disen que están esperando respuesta de los dueños que den la orden de arreglarlo, y así te tienen por casi 6 meses y nada y te disen si quieres arréglalos tú o múdate así te contestan y no arreglan nada. Y cuando suelen arreglar lo que asen es que remiendan, los trabajadores te asen un reguero en tu casa cuando están disque arreglando y así lo dejan y cuando te quejas en la oficina no asen nada y cuando pides hablar con el supervisor la secretaria no te quieren dejar pasar a hablar con él por qué para ellas el es un presidente, y aparte hay rratones antes no había nada de eso. Tengo el piso roto desde ase 4 meses y es peligroso por qué cualquiera de mi familia se puede caer y dar un golpe y los gabinetes rotos y dañados llebo 10 años en este apartamento y cuando me mudé ya estaban viejito y cada años le enseño en las condicion que está y que tienen clavos afuera y es peligroso y están en muy malas condiciones por el tiempo y lo que me disen es que cambiarlos es muy costosos para los dueños y que si ellos los arreglan serán para otros inquilinos diga usted si esto es justo o no.

  I lived here from 2012-2017. My apartment leaked from the ceiling for 5 years. I had a Tub catching water 24-7 This apartment complex took advantage of me and they broke tenant law daily. They refused to refund my deposit when I left. It pissed me off so bad I did get that deposit back and decided to learn real estate law and I made a career out of real estate and I live in big beautiful house, deep pockets, hot wife,and own a nasty boat now because of the motivation it gave me of how poorly they treated me when I was broke. Much appreciated Who’s laughing now?

  Appt complex has rude noisy people . People wake up early morning slamming doors and playing loud music after I kindly asked them to please stop . Kids banging on walls it’s like they don’t have control over their kids . Roaches and terrible pest control services . Police has been called multiple times nothing has been done . Not trying to be rude but when you are in a appt complex their are plenty principles…. Trash just thrown everywhere

  Dont live here 💁 only if you want to share your home with roaches! The place is full of them. When you tell the office they send someone who dont do much cause we still had to deal with them. Nasty! The outside yard grass is always cut nice thanks to landscapers but trash everywhere cause the office dont keep it clean! I would say please dont rent here
