  I have lived here for one year. Things that are good: -The staff are very friendly and kind Everything else: -the single pane windows and lack of sound proofing: you will be able to hear every single footstep of your upstairs neighbor, among other things... If their dog drops a ball, you will hear every single bounce and then you will hear the ball rolling on the floor when it is done bouncing. You will be able to hear quiet conversations on the street. Pray your upstairs neighbor does not also have a dog well over the weight limit. -Maintenance: the building's front door remote unlock has been down for 3 weeks now. My first ask of when this will be fixed was met with "dont worry, I can open the door for your guests", my second ask of when this will be fixed was ignored. -Parking: you will not get a spot if you get home late. Too many residents let in friends and family that dont live there. People have been 'creating' new spots for the past year, and even then, there is not enough space to get a spot. -Maintenance (again): the garage was flooded for almost a month, maybe longer. -Value: even with the above, your rent will be increased significantly. Mine was raised over 10%, after negotiating. -Maintenance (x3): when water from my upstairs neighbor was leaking through one of my light fixtures, the maintenance person just left the light fixture removed. I had to submit another ticket asking them to put it back on weeks later. Nice guy, though.

  I would like to give a shout out to 800 St. Mary’s North Apartment management and our two maintenance men (due to privacy I will not post their names). With the back to back storms they did a terrific job clearing the snow from the sidewalks as well as the driveway. The very days when each storm stopped all areas were completely cleared of snow and ice. I was able to walk our dog without fear of falling. Many thanks for what I know is a back breaking job of shovelling. . .

  I have lived in a one bedroom and have recently upgraded to a two bedroom and have loved my experience so far at Saint Mary's North!! Great location, modern finishes and very spacious floorplans! A great place to live if you are wanting to be close to Downtown but not directly in the city. Kelsey and Gifted are great and very professional! The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to handle everything!

  Me and my husband moved here in Jan/2018, we couldn’t have made a better a choice. This place is close to everything we need, and the amenities are awesome. I go to the gym everyday, and i can’t wait for the summer, so we can enjoy the pool, and the grill. The staff is very efficient, and always really polite and courteous. The apartment is really good quality, comfortable and affordable! I love to sit on my couch and still be able to feel the breeze from the balcony!
