  Wish I had seen the review that Lela posted before moving in here in December... The plumbing issues seem to be consistent. It took management 2 months to fix the leaking laundry room that was pooling outside our unit and seeping into our apartment from underneath the doorway. Which come to find out was the drain lines for the washers were blocked. Two weeks prior to them fixing it, our upstairs neighbors plumbing line broke which was leaking literal fecal water into our bathroom and onto our toothbrushes and toiletries. It has been a month later and management has not offered an apology. I have attempted to call the main office for any kind of compensation but calling their office number does not lead you to a live person even in their office's business hours. I've attached some photos, definitely do not rent here. This building is falling apart Edit: Landlord gave $150 off rent, said there is no fault on their end.

  literally one of the worst places I have ever lived. The sewer system is very old and would break in my apartment almost every month. Imagine not being able to flush the toilet for a week at a time, very gross. I ended up having to breaking the lease because it broke so often. Also the review below me was made by a member/part owner of the management company. Taft Management Group - Taft Family Ventures. They are located in Greenville so if you ever need anything fixed (which will probably happen because these apartment are old) the work will be contracted out to someone local but will take a while. No onsite maintenance. They have also been steadily increasing rent without doing renovations, you are paying for location. That is the best thing about these apartments, great location. 2025 update- the previous google review made by the son of the owner of the Taft family Management group has been removed. The comment made from the management group is grave misrepresentation of the struggles I endured while residing in this unit. To be put plainly this rental management company attempted to strong arm me when the owner of this building did not want to pay to fix the plumbing issues of this building. I hope since the time of my original review this management company has chosen to improve their tenant relations.
