  I would not recommend this property. I was new to the area and needed something immediately and they had something available that fit my family. However, I was unaware of the infestation of roaches. They offered pest control, but it is only once a week which will not take care of an infestation problem. They also tried to scam me out of the deal I agree to when I moved in. Luckily, with some help from a lawyer, I was able to find the advertisement for the six weeks free posted on their social media accounts and recorded by Google for the month of March which is when i signed my lease. I was also fortunate enough to have a recorded phone call telling me how the six weeks would Have given me April for free and two weeks of May. As expected, once I let the management office know that I have this information they wanted me to send it to them for “proof” as if they don’t have access to the specials that they ran less than 90 days ago. Being that I don’t like to play games, I went around them and decided to go the legal route. Shortly after that, they posted a notice on my door Stating that I have received multiple noise complaints between the quiet hours 11pm-7am. I started a paper trail as my unit is unoccupied from 9 PM to 6 AM. Be extremely careful with this property something is not right. If you could find somewhere else, please do so.

  I regret choosing this apartment complex. What seemed like a decent place at first quickly turned into a frustrating experience. Management rarely follows up, and getting anything fixed feels like a constant battle. There were ongoing issues with maintenance, and the quality of repairs was poor. On top of that, the overall environment just didn’t feel well cared for. For the amount of rent being charged, I expected a lot better. If you’re considering moving here, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

  This place has honestly been amazing they do a lot of stuff for the community and there’s usually good food which is so sick . Whenever I go to the gym there’s almost always water and drinks in the fridge in the community kitchen which I didn’t expect but it’s nice the gym stays clean too. The apartment itself is super spacious and everything’s renovated so it just feels really nice and the porch is huge like 15x7 which is easily one of the biggest I’ve seen at an apartment complex especially given my girlfriend and I toured like every complex nearby and in the wake north hills areas too. The area isn’t bad either moving from the OBX to Raleigh was definitely different but it’s been a good change overall first place I’ve lived on my own and it’s been a great experience.
