Mark Spain's team made the process incredibly simple and smooth (any hiccups were from miscommunications with the other side) and we went from finding out about our move to sold within 3.5 weeks! Huge shoutout to Anthony Agro for explaining things so well and being able to work with me having to be out of town for a week due to military obligations - he was a life saver! Trust this team, they know what they're doing, and they won't let you down! 10/10 would use again

- TGTanya GMar 11, 20263.0I engaged Mark Spain’s company in May 2025 to sell a house in Raleigh, North Carolina. I chose them because of their claim regarding cash offer guarantee. While it turned out that Mark Spain’s company itself is not in the business of making any kinds of guarantees, they appear to be working with, and/or on behalf of, various players called real estate investors. I had a fortune of dealing with at least three of them, I think, although I am not certain, because Mark Spain did not really provide any records. About a month later, I received a draft offer. It was not agreeable to me, and there seemed to be no more investors left, so I had to move on. While Mark Spain never managed to sell a house for me, it was not because of lack of effort on their side, and I did not want to leave without giving a review. It took me nine months, but as they say, better later than never. It’s a shame I never got to talk to the famous Mark Spain – please tell him I said “Hi”
