  I am a new resident and have received excellent assistance from the Assistant Property Manager Tyra, and the Leasing Assistant Jasmine. Moving into a new property brings along with it so many questions and unexpected needs, and I have benefitted from the kindness and organization of the team at the Link. Tyra advised me on the best approach to the lease initiation process and provided me with more than ample follow-through. I recommend this property due to the kind and efficient assistance I received throughout the relocation process.

  The entire team was so friendly and professional, especially Jasmine and Tyra! They made my move-in process smooth and stress-free, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. Their communication was outstanding.

  I was a resident at Link Apartments Glenwood South for over two years, and I truly enjoyed my experience. A big part of that was the exceptional team on-site. Amber and Tyra are outstanding representatives of the community. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and ensure that everyone’s needs are met with care and professionalism. Will, the maintenance supervisor, is also a huge part of what makes this community so great. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication never went unnoticed. It’s reassuring as a resident to know that maintenance is handled so efficiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the downtown/Glenwood South area. You won’t be disappointed with the management team or the overall living experience.

  Visited Link Apartments today while searching for a new home and had a great experience. Tyra was very polite, welcoming, and informative during the tour. She made me feel comfortable and truly made this place feel like home. I highly recommend checking out the Link Apartments!

  I had a great experience at Link Apartments. I spoke with Tyra Hinton and she is the epitome of professionalism. My entire leasing process was seamless. I’ve recommend this Link Apartments to multiple friends and family considering the RDU area!
