- NCNina ConnMar 25, 20261.0Very confused on how there are so many positive reviews… I had an appointment for a tour at 2:00 and showed up at 1:54. The staff was eating lunch (which I had no issue with, I didn’t mind waiting) so I was told to sit down. Tatianna then came to me and said she’d be with me in 5 minutes and had a very rude tone telling me that she was expecting me at 2:00. I was 6 minutes early?? I already felt disrespected and out of place. I then toured two apartments and they were both absolutely disgusting! I don’t know who does maintenance here but every surface was just messily spray painted white. The vents were moldy, everything was dusty and there’s just junk and construction material all around the outside of the buildings. There are apartment complexes right next door that looked much cleaner and nicer, and probably have a better staff.
