    We are pleased with our experience purchasing a new home with Pulte Homes. From start to closing, the entire process was smooth and well-managed, and the team truly delivered. Special thanks to our sales consultant Jamiecka, construction manager Brandon, and loan consultant Melissa—the Pulte team did a great job. We were especially impressed with Brandon’s professionalism and attention to detail, which gave us great confidence throughout the build.

    Today was the official walk-through of my brother’s house that he has bought back in November we added the deposit for the house to be built. Throughout the process, we never had access to the floor plan or we were never told about the layout or the options to upgrade or not upgrade. The sales representative simply took the deposit of $15,000 and not one time in the entire process since November till now we had any contact with him or he had any update for us. Sean was the project manager in which we had contact with. Today we realize that the kitchen doesn’t even have most of the items that was important to my brother and his family small minor things but they are important to them. My brother works really hard and he’s paying top dollar for this house and when we ask about why it doesn’t have We get the answer that no one wants to hear oh that’s an upgrade that’s a different option. Why wasn’t anyone interested in telling us about those options. We are buying a house not a car. You buy a Toyota Camry for $30,000 and the sales rep bombard you with phone calls after the purchase to make sure that you are happy and everything else in between. Not one phone call not one follow up and now we are going to be signing in less than a week on a house that doesn’t have certain items that we need. Once again we’re not buying a Toyota Camry. How disappointed I am I don’t know how we can go about fixing this I really don’t, but this is a truly a very terrible experience with the purchase Process.

    My journey started with Ryan, he truly made what felt impossible feel possible. I originally came in wanting a very specific homesite, and he did an excellent job walking me through the value of upgrading to something slightly larger and I’m so glad I took his recommendation. Carolyn at Pulte Mortgage was phenomenal. She positioned me to get to the closing table with confidence and clarity. I ultimately chose to utilize an outside lender because there was no PMI involved, and that was simply a no-brainer. And my Construction Manager, Brandon! He absolutely went above and beyond. Brandon takes immense pride in his work, and it shows in his communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. 10s across the board. Thank you to the entire 401 Exchange team. From experience, I know builders strive to provide a consistent experience across communities, but the team you work with truly makes all the difference. And this team was ELITE in every way!
