The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The pool, gym, grills, dog park, and children’s park are great property features for all residents to use. My kids love the pool and I am able to cook on the grill while watching them. The office staff are super friendly and have thrown some great events for the residence. My kids and I have attended a Halloween event where they were able to paint pumpkins and also watch a movie in the pool. I also enjoy the storage that comes with the apartments and it is great to utilize for Christmas trees and any other decorations to put away out of sight. This place is a great place to raise a family and Is affordable.

Everyone is friendly, it’s quiet and the area is the best area in Raleigh. Near all the popular shops and restaurants. Melissa (leasing manager) is great , she’s kind, and handles any problems with promptness. If you’re looking for a new place to live , you should tour the village apartments. You won’t be disappointed.

From the get-go the folks in the leasing office were so kind and helpful, the maintenance guys are amazing! They fix things promptly and are so kind as well! It’s a quiet complex with great amenities located in the best part of Raleigh, I’ve never once felt unsafe. Again I’m so grateful to be here and recommend it to everyone
