  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really shows they care about residents. The amenities are a big plus, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

  I have lived in the village apartments for close to a year now. I love the size of the apartments as well as the updated features. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly. The pool, gym, grills, dog park, and children’s park are great property features for all residents to use. My kids love the pool and I am able to cook on the grill while watching them. The office staff are super friendly and have thrown some great events for the residence. My kids and I have attended a Halloween event where they were able to paint pumpkins and also watch a movie in the pool. I also enjoy the storage that comes with the apartments and it is great to utilize for Christmas trees and any other decorations to put away out of sight. This place is a great place to raise a family and Is affordable.

  Been living here for 4 years since moving to NC and the experience has been nothing less than exceptional. Everyone is friendly, it’s quiet and the area is the best area in Raleigh. Near all the popular shops and restaurants. Melissa (leasing manager) is great , she’s kind, and handles any problems with promptness. If you’re looking for a new place to live , you should tour the village apartments. You won’t be disappointed.

  I’ve been here for a little over a month but I can not express how grateful I am to call this home. From the get-go the folks in the leasing office were so kind and helpful, the maintenance guys are amazing! They fix things promptly and are so kind as well! It’s a quiet complex with great amenities located in the best part of Raleigh, I’ve never once felt unsafe. Again I’m so grateful to be here and recommend it to everyone

  The apartments were just what I was looking for as my new home. I fell in love immediately with the location, affordability, modern updates, and floor plans, especially with the attached garages as an option for extended living. Melissa was truly helpful and very understanding in my search for new housing. Her professionalism and welcoming smile made me feel right at home immediately. She really took detail to my needs and was very responsive to my questions throughout the whole process. The Village Apartments were a great find and my greatest home search experience.
