  Great community with dedicated staff! I did much research when looking for a new place to live. I moved from a house and wanted to make sure the transition to an apartment community would be as seamless as possible. The leasing staff- Nikki, Jordan, and team are courteous, knowledgeable, and fun! They are professional and genuine in finding solutions and listening. I appreciate their ongoing communications around community social events, any upcoming maintenance, and general awareness about what's happening in the neighborhood. Maintenance team is friendly and responsive. I appreciate that they always say hello when I see them around. The other residents are courteous. I really like that there is a good mix of several generations and life cycles in the community - young professionals, families of all types, older adults, etc. It makes the community feel more homey. I also have two pups and the neighborhood is very pet friendly! They enjoy meeting their canine friends at the dog parks regularly. You cannot beat the location and amenities. If you are looking for a new place to live- don't hesitate to check out The Reverie.

  Love this apartment! Beautiful layout, appliances and resident area. The team, maintenance and leasing office alike, are always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The amenities are great and overall it’s just been a wonderful place to live. Out all of all the places I was looking at, the reverie was a stand out by the apartment itself, property and the interactions with everyone here. About 6 months into living here and I know made the best choice!

  Ahhh there isn’t enough words to describe how great this place is. Lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if I didn’t want to move out of state. Leasing office is amazing, specifically Nikki and Jordan were a great help. They had little events going on every month. Gym was always clean and good condition. People picked up after their pets, pool was clean, community was clean. Always felt safe. Even if the price looks daunting, it’s worth every penny. Will always remember this place as home :).

  The Reverie is one of the nicest places one could choose to live in Raleigh. We found a beautiful 2 bedroom unit and were immediately drawn in by the ample windows allowing sunlight to flood the apartment. The grounds, are well-maintained with flowerbeds, numerous trees, outside seating areas, grills and a pool. Our living experience has been wonderful with a mix of young and older residents, and the office and maintenance staff are always knowledgeable and prompt. The staff keeps residents well informed via texts and emails. While there is an active social life, residents pick up after themselves, and respect quiet times. If giving this place a rating, it would either be 5 stars or 10 out of 10. This place just feels like home.p

  Living here has been the best experience. Great community and all of the staff are very helpful and attentive. This is home.
