I had a Tub catching water 24-7 This apartment complex took advantage of me and they broke tenant law daily. They refused to refund my deposit when I left. It pissed me off so bad I did get that deposit back and decided to learn real estate law and I made a career out of real estate and I live in big beautiful house, deep pockets, hot wife,and own a nasty boat now because of the motivation it gave me of how poorly they treated me when I was broke. Much appreciated Who’s laughing now?
