When we first moved in, it was GREAT. The staff was very helpful, super nice. Now - Parking is a joke. It seems the staff caters to non-residents, residents who don't care and/or their guests. If you're paying at least $1800/mo, you'd expect to be able to park close and not have a hike to your building. My roommate and I walked around the entire complex, both lots and 60% of the residents have a sticker...the rest do not or ignore requests to display them whether on the window or the dash. So the tow signs are clearly for aesthetics.
These are secured buildings, but lazy tenants constantly prop the doors open..mainly after hours. And it wouldn't be a concern if it was unusual to see the Raleigh Police Department constantly at one or both of the buildings...again after hours. You cannot control tenants, but Property Management does nothing to enforce it...ie..alarms that sound if doors are left ajar like elevators.
They used to walk the property to make sure things were in order, but we've had "FREEZE WARNING, Let faucets drip" signs on the doors for at least a month. This property was amazing when we moved in a year ago but it’s going downhill fast.

Moving to North Carolina and renting my first apartment in Raleigh has been such a wonderful experience. As someone new to the area, I was a little nervous at first, but this community truly feels like home.
The apartment offers everything I need — great amenities, a comfortable living space, and a peaceful environment. It doesn’t feel like just a rental; it genuinely feels like a home.
One of the best parts is the location near Brier Creek. Having shops, restaurants, and walking areas so close has made settling into Raleigh so much easier and more enjoyable. I love being able to step out and walk around whenever I want.
I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone relocating to the area.

Best decision I ever made was moving here. I relocated from out of state and needed to find a new home for both me and my dog. From the moment I walked into the leasing center, I knew I had found the right place. I was greeted by Derek, who gave me a tour of the community and was nothing short of professional throughout the entire process.
I needed to move in quickly, and Derek and Morgan were incredibly helpful in making the fast turnaround as smooth and stress free as possible. If you are looking for a dog friendly community in a convenient location, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

We love it! The amenities are amazing and the staff is the best! I have yet to meet a resident who is not welcoming. It is crazy how friendly everyone is. We walk EVERYWHERE (restaurants/ stores/ movies) and it is centrally located between Wake Forest, Durham, North Hills, and Carey. 6 minutes from airport. Couldn’t be a better introduction to North Carolina!
