Derek was so friendly and helpful, not only that it was hard to miss that during my tour and after filling out the application that he knew every resident we came across during the tour. Every dog that came in while working on the application he knew them by name. You can tell the residents that live here really like being here and are close with the staff. Derek has been in constant contact with me from applying to the approval. I have never had this type of experience with an apartment complex and I am truly so excited for my move in next month with this community! Highly recommend
