I am very pleased with everything about this complex - from the people, management, maintenance, etc. They all work cohesively, and the outcome speaks for itself, people stay. I wish I didn't have to relocate - I wish I can take this type of management with me to my next apt. Great organization as a whole. No complaints.

Highly recommend.

The waterfalls in front of the leasing office and clubhouse are iconic and really give it a relaxing, resort style feel. It always reminded me of something you’d see in Florida. The maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and the office staff is always quick to respond whether it’s by email, phone, or in person. It’s a quiet community and very budget friendly compared to a lot of places I toured. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well taken after place to live!

Great community, safe neighborhood and accessible to nearby restaurants and Crabtree. There have been bumps along the way but maintenance has always been very responsive.
- AAArkfinzAug 19, 20251.0The amenities such as the pool table, foosball, the theater, the computer room all close at 5:00pm, so anyone with a job will not be able to use them. I asked why it was like this and I was told that some people broke some stuff so they close it early now. This is the apartment complexes job to take care of issues like this, the solution is banning the people that break stuff and fining them, I don’t see why this should affect everybody in the complex. This place makes plenty of money to fix a few minor damages and move on. I will change this review when the issue is fixed. Literally every other apartment complex with amenities like this has them open to their residents 24/7, including the gym which closes at 12am. The gym is also disgusting and it’s a joke that they call it a state of the art fitness center in their move in pamphlet.
