  Overall a great apartment complex to live in. I have already lived here for two lease terms and am considering staying for another. Great community, safe neighborhood and accessible to nearby restaurants and Crabtree. There have been bumps along the way but maintenance has always been very responsive.

  The amenities such as the pool table, foosball, the theater, the computer room all close at 5:00pm, so anyone with a job will not be able to use them. I asked why it was like this and I was told that some people broke some stuff so they close it early now. This is the apartment complexes job to take care of issues like this, the solution is banning the people that break stuff and fining them, I don’t see why this should affect everybody in the complex. This place makes plenty of money to fix a few minor damages and move on. I will change this review when the issue is fixed. Literally every other apartment complex with amenities like this has them open to their residents 24/7, including the gym which closes at 12am. The gym is also disgusting and it’s a joke that they call it a state of the art fitness center in their move in pamphlet.

  Lived here from July 2015 - July 2016 I have a few complaints: -Parking has always been a big issue. But with them towing cars that aren't legal, has kinda fixed the problem. -Key fob for the gym stopped working more than a few times for some reason. -Neighbors smoking weed and the smell seeping into my apartment. This problem was sorta fixed when they posted a letter on everyone's door about the smell. -Have to open the refrigerator to open the stove on the un-renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Other than that, not much else to complain about. The staff responds to emails rather quickly and handles repairs in a timely manner. Yeah there have been some instances where people were loud, drunken guy banging on my door at 3am, and police handling situations, but that doesn't take away from my experience there. Loved being on the 3rd floor and having the blinds and windows open all day and still having privacy. Especially in the fall. I rented from them after reading all the bad reviews and was determined to make it a great experience, and it was. I have no problem recommending this place to friend or family and would have stayed another year if I wasn't planning on moving out of state. I enjoyed my experience at The Falls.
