I've lived at this apartment complex for two years now. I am very pleased with everything about this complex - from the people, management, maintenance, etc. They all work cohesively, and the outcome speaks for itself, people stay. I wish I didn't have to relocate - I wish I can take this type of management with me to my next apt. Great organization as a whole. No complaints.

Kelly Cheek was very very helpful, the grounds are nice, the location is pretty prime, they take care of the property, they keep it clean, the people in the leasing office were very kind, they were flexible with leasing and were very informative about all of our questions we had. Highly recommend.

I lived here on a six month lease and honestly it was one of the best bang for your buck communities I’ve ever stayed in. The waterfalls in front of the leasing office and clubhouse are iconic and really give it a relaxing, resort style feel. It always reminded me of something you’d see in Florida. The maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and the office staff is always quick to respond whether it’s by email, phone, or in person. It’s a quiet community and very budget friendly compared to a lot of places I toured. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well taken after place to live!

Overall a great apartment complex to live in. I have already lived here for two lease terms and am considering staying for another. Great community, safe neighborhood and accessible to nearby restaurants and Crabtree. There have been bumps along the way but maintenance has always been very responsive.

I've lived here for several years and a couple with the new management. The newly renovated apartments are nice. I haven't had the privilege to move in one but I have seen them and you would love them. The office and maintenance staff are kind and will help you to the best of their ability. I have no complaints about the staff. Maintenance try to answer complaints as soon as they can and they don't stop until the job is completed. The management frequently have activities that the residents are always welcome to participate in.
