I've lived here two years, and from staff, amenities, location, overall cleanliness, and maintenance attentiveness - it's been a dream. A couple highlights: - Maintenance Attentiveness: Chris on the maintenance team is incredible, and was resolving issues in my unit same day always. - Unit Layout and Design: My A9 unit has been incredible, plenty of storage, massive bathroom, natural light - I'm truly sad to leave - Cleanliness: I haven't seen a one bug, one cockroach in my time here which is truly unheard of - Location: I could see Moore Square from my unit - I felt so connected to downtown Truly sad to be leaving!!

I personally said I don't ever wanna live in another apartment building but this building isn't your average building. The management office whom includes Nick and Catherine and the maintenance team is awesome. They make you feel like you are family while they uphold the highest professionalism. It's a diverse population which is a plus with utilizing Unity! Thank you Edison Loft for being one of my top 5 Apartment Complex Community!!

- GCGiang Bui (Cindy)Oct 24, 20255.0This apartment has been the perfect place for me! The location is great, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the YMCA is right around the corner. I moved here from another state, and the entire leasing office team made my move-in process so easy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Kathleen, the building manager, is simply the best! Chris and the maintenance team are always responsive and quick to help whenever you need anything. The building is newly renovated, great amenities and they also host lots of resident events throughout the year, which helped me make new friends and really feel at home here. I 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-managed place to live!

The managers will talk down about each apartment community around and give out personal information just for you to lease with them. Terrible customer service and not a good look to live there with that type of office staff. If I were able to give zero stars, I would.
