  Enjoyed living at The Eastern, very nice amenities. We enjoyed the sunsets. The concierge and customer service were also great!

  This morning I entered 2 maintenance requests into the system and I the Maintenance Tech (Will) seemingly arrived at my door to fix the issues before I received the confirmation email that the request was received. It is so refreshing to have service offered so quickly and professionally. Still morning and my issues are resolved. YAY!!

  Our personable concierges greet us by name, remind us of package deliveries and answer questions for us daily, I can't choose a favorite because I love them all! Spend an afternoon shopping at one of our many stores and relax with a cocktail or early dinner at one of our delicious and varied dining locations. ALL are walkable from The Eastern. Stop by and tour, ask for Gregory!

  I absolutely love where I live at The Eastern Residences in North Hills — it’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants convenience and luxury at your fingertips. The location is unbeatable. Everything is within easy walking distance: grocery stores, coffee shops, nail salons, hair boutiques, bowling, and tons of great restaurants. You can step out and have shopping, dining, and entertainment right at your doorstep — no need to drive anywhere if you choose to stay in and not drive after a busy work week. The community itself is vibrant with activities and amenities that make daily life feel special. From the stunning high-rise views to the resort-style perks (pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge, resident events, and more), there’s always something to enjoy right here at home. What really sealed the deal for me was the leasing process. When I moved here from Atlanta about six months ago, I toured over 10 apartments. The ultimate deciding factor for me was Gregory Randall, my leasing specialist; he made all the difference. He wasn’t rushed at all — he took his time to make me feel truly welcome, answered every single question thoroughly, and even followed up afterward to check in. His genuine care and professionalism stood out in a big way. I’d encourage anyone looking to rent in North Hills to do your due diligence and check out other places first. But if you want to save time and trouble, start with The Eastern — it’s the benchmark for luxury living in Raleigh. Highly recommended!

  I have lived at The Eastern since July 2023 and have had an amazing experience. The Building is always clean and the property has an incredible pool, gym and rooftop. The staff are top notch and promptly respond to emails/requests - many thanks to Gregory, Tyneshia, Lisa, Robert, Michael and everyone else for the wonderful service that they provide. I highly recommend considering The Eastern for your next home!
