- IWIsaac WeberNov 10, 20251.0I don’t recommend living here. My whole unit shook obnoxiously when the people below would open and close their door or move furniture. It regularly prevented me from getting sleep. I was anxious living here and had to break my lease so I could find somewhere else to sleep. I moved out 2 months before my broken lease was up. Also, the doors close very loudly and it’s obnoxious (not as startling as my unit shaking abruptly, though). It was a bad experience living here. I’ve documented the sounds and shakes with Voice Memos. It’s obvious that it was unacceptable.

Couldn’t have chosen a better post-grad option; great amenities, and such cute events. Sara especially is always willing to take my calls or help out with anything I need! It’s also a 5 minute drive away from everything and a close walk to many great restaurants like Vic’s and coffee shops like Sir Walter. A plus - unlike most places downtown parking for guests is easy as the side street is normally clear.
