- HMHillary De MayoOct 21, 20255.0Loving it so far! Gifted and Nada are very sweet and always helpful with questions. The neighborhood is perfect. The units are really cute and it is just the right size community so you have that "home" feeling rather than a mass production type community.
- DPDaniel PateFeb 27, 20212.0I was enjoying my stay at St. Mary’s Square Apartments (nice amenities, good location, quality customer service). Then about halfway through my lease, a resident moved into the apartment above me that made my place much less enjoyable to live in. The constant movements above me caused reverberations that were distracting throughout the day and I was regularly woken up in the middle of the night. The apartment management tried to work out a solution with me, but I ended up deciding to pay the fee and terminate my lease early.

I lived here for 8 months in between moves and it was BY FAR the best community I've ever lived in. Couldn't recommend this place more. Phil and Ro were great for maintenance and Sherry, Amy, and Kiara were absolute A+ managers. Friendly, thoughtful, welcoming, and everything taken care of QUICKLY! If you're looking for a place to live in Raleigh, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better place than here.

Occasionally can hear dogs barking in the dog park and people having conversations out there, but my apartment was also right above the dog park so can't really complain. Only happened sometimes. Also the dishwasher could be bigger, its like a half size dishwasher which kind of sucks, also wish the pool was bigger. But no problems at all in this apartment, always felt safe, never had issues with neighbors. I'm moving because I need a bigger place and this place is getting a little too expensive for me (which i understand because they are luxury apartments and have they have great amentities, in a great location).
