Ryan Roman made the experience so easy and exciting for me. He was always readily available by text or call for any of my questions, was more than happy to show me the property as the timeline continued, and if I wasn’t able to make it he would send me pictures/videos with updates. If you are looking to build a home in the community, ask for Ryan!

Though I experienced several issues with the lender who was recommended through the builder, my project manager, Ryan Roman, made up for much of the frustrations caused with purchasing my first home. Ryan was always communicative and made himself available for any and all of my concerns. I lived close to the construction site while my home was being built, and Ryan always encouraged me to come by and periodically walk through with him. He was attentive to my concerns, even those he did not have any control over, such as those with the builder supported lender. Since moving in, Ryan has continued to guide my questions to the appropriate person/group. I still see him on my daily walks as he finishes up his Cavastead builds. Always a pleasure to speak with! Ryan served as a redeeming aspect amid an otherwise challenging first home-buying experience.
