If you have guest that wants to come over say goodbye to that, your car will be towed no matter what time of day. EVEN IF YOU PARK IN VISITOR THEY WILL TOW! The mold here is outrageous, done got sick from it plenty of times! The maintenance don’t fix a thing! My Sink gotten overflow with brown dirty water. Mold all throughout the bathroom. Sewage smell after 7PM gets me sick! illegal broke our lease because we were trying to figure out why car is towed if we live there, have a pass, & in visitor spot. Then overall Rent is to high for where its at & what the provide. Rent here should be no more then $700 in today’s society based off the conditions.
- KLKeith LeeDec 9, 20251.0Terrible apartment complex, Mold are strong in heavy on bathroom walls. Roaches come from the other’s apartment into mine. After 6-7PM the whole neighborhood turns into a New York sewage. The neighborhood stinks! The security are never really on time to bring parking passes. Also you get your vehicle towed if you park in the Visitor spot as a guest so it’s really no point in calling for a pass. All around this place is terrible. The maintenance crew never gets back with us in time. Usually a 1-2 week wait before you have to remind them for what you called them for in the past. Tub seemed like they slapped paint on it and called it a day instead of upgrading the apartment with new things, bath tub paint started peeling. I was getting sick from the mold and the sewer smell. This place needs to be inspected!
