  Beware! They do repairs units and open up drywall without proper asbestos testing!!! Apartments are positive for asbestos! Sue if you have had your drywall opened without testing!

  I have enjoyed being here since 2009. I love the safety of it. I enjoy my neighbors. Amy and the staff are always so helpful. Great community.

  The tenants that North Hills at Town Center are not the but tenants, I have seen since I been here , personal garbage thrown out in the parking lot, tenants having loud party in the parking lot. The gates that should be locked nightly have not worked consistently for two years. People that don't life here are on the property. There are tenants with people living in there apartment that's not on there lease and the property managers don't care. So be very careful.

  My husband and I recently toured this apartment community at North Hills, and we were so impressed — not only with the property itself but especially with Kristina from the leasing office. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us a detailed tour, and really made us feel at home. Kristina’s kindness and genuine enthusiasm made our decision so much easier. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do and cares about helping people find the right home — but that’s exactly who she is. Because of her, we felt confident and excited to choose this community. If you’re looking for a place in the North Hills area, definitely reach out to Kristina — she’s the best!
