  Working with Matt Marsh was one of the best business decisions I've ever made. Highly responsive, his communications have always been on-time, concise, right to the point, and tactfully honest. In a culture saturated with salesman and unnecessary fluff, this team's services are a source of welcome relief in my life. I was involved in a big development project that required hundreds of expensive decisions to be made. I felt like he held my hand throughout the entire process, providing support whenever I needed it, even when I didn't know I needed it. He still allowed full freedom to make my own decisions, and supported my decisions even when they were the wrong ones. He focuses on the mission objective and never takes his eyes off the target like an Army Ranger. Whenever I deferred the decision making to him, he always delivered high quality decision making and the exercised best judgement. His business acumen far surpassed mine, which is surprising given how many years I've been in business for myself. I feel like I had tried to do this project without him, the process would have resembled pure anarchy. The development process is one of constant problem solving. From understanding the needs of the client, to acquiring the land, to finding the right service providers, working through the bureaucratic mess of city requirements, and to finally breaking ground and actually erecting a structure and getting a certificate of occupancy, I could sleep well at night knowing that someone competent was always guiding me through the process and avoiding pitfalls. I felt like he always made the right amount of time in his schedule so that our project was always tended to, and at many many times this required long phone calls that needed to be had, and that's with accommodating my busy schedule. I'm not sure how he balances everything with family, but he somehow does it all. Full service? Yes! But he knows where his strengths are and if there is ever an area of expertise that he is not familiar with, he usually knows who to call, or will work hard to find the right person to trust and get the job done. If you ever have the opportunity to work with them, you'll quickly find out that a lot of the problems you thought you had will be quickly outsourced to him and his team.
