Save your money. I’ve seen some other reviews say that their first year was not so bad but something changed within the last year and I would like to echo that. We have to ask multiple times to fix issues that they said they would complete the first time, for example: smelly dog piss in stairwell (after the third time I let them know it was there, one part of it was cleaned and another spot left. It smelt for days). The emergency maintenance number did not answer when I locked myself out (that part is my fault!) however the number is there for a reason (in case of emergency). I left multiple messages and was told the next day “the on call person didn’t receive them” and that either way I would’ve had to call a locksmith like it says in the lease, which I ultimately did before being told that and paid $250. Even if I had gotten on the phone with someone, they would not have provided guidance on what locksmith to use or how much it should cost, just would’ve told me to call one (there are so many locksmiths that will overcharge you and ruin the locks, for anyone living here that gets locked out, you need to find a certified NC locksmith!). And just the cherry on top: they are able to enter the apartment when we are not here for maintenance requests so they do in fact have a way to get in without calling a locksmith. Today I called to tell them my AC wasn’t working and asked if someone would be by to check it before the end of the day and was told they “technically have 48 hours cause this doesn’t necessitate an emergency.” We gave our notice early last month and were told our apartment would be posted on the website so if anyone wanted to rent it early, we would be able to get out of our lease. They STILL have not posted it. I could go on and on about the constantly smelly hallways, the broken gates and elevators, the multiple fire alarms, etc but it’s not worth it. I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in the past and not one has ever given me as much trouble as this one has.

Amy and the team in the office are always on it and do great work! Anytime I need an issue addressed they’re always thrilled to help out and do it with enthusiasm. Because of the comforts, amenities and the customer service I could see myself living here for awhile. Maintenance team is also amazing!
