  We absolutely adore Courtney, the community manager! She is always so kind, professional, and truly cares about the residents here at Lake Johnson Mews. The maintenance team is also fantastic — they are always timely, efficient, and do a great job whenever something needs attention. We couldn’t be happier living here!

  This apartment is my girlfriend and I’s favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in. It’s exactly what we were looking for, and we honestly miss it when we are on work trips because it has become our place to reset ourselves. It’s QUIET and tranquil. Sitting on our balcony overlooking the trees and lake makes it feel like we’re miles away from any stress. The tennis court is really appreciated and well taken care of. You are essentially on top of the lake, the trails are stunning and take you all the way around. The location is perfect, right in between downtown Raleigh and Cary. Groceries and shopping are very close but you still feel far away from any chaos when you are home bc you feel isolated in your surroundings. Our apartment itself is very spacious and has charm and character. Very different from the typical cookie cutter modern apartments that are everywhere. Management is great and have already gone above and beyond for us. If you are touring apartments, just start here. Also, if you are a young fun couple please move here. My girlfriend and I need friends haha.

  We are very happy to live in Lake Johnson Mews. The neighborhood is safe, good location, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance team works very well and quickly. Good amenities as well and good neighbors.

  I've been here for more than 2 years and have had a great experience. The staff is always quick to response to any questions or problems. Maintenance requests are also taken care of quickly. Location is great as I can get anywhere I want in Raleigh in under 20 minutes. There is also a lake nearby with a great trail to run or walk on. Pool area is great during the summertime. Apartments are a nice size with everything I need, including washer/dryer. Also, you can't beat the affordability, especially considering how expensive some apartments are inside of highway 440.
