The proximity to Lake Johnson is a huge plus for anyone who enjoys running, walking, kayaking, or picnicking. The complex itself is quiet and peaceful with a lot of mature trees, but you're only a short drive away from both downtown Raleigh and Cary. The responsiveness and efficiency of the maintenance staff is the best I've ever experienced, and they've gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. Highly recommend!

The leasing office staff are extremely nice and helpful; without the corporate feel of most apartment complexes. 2. Maintenance requests are received/completed with haste. 3. Signing the lease online and having the option to pay rent online is awesome and convenient. 4. They pick up your trash & recycling at your door. Amazing. 5. Units/buildings/landscape/tennis court/pool are very well taken care of and manicured. 6. Location location location = super dope. 7. High ceilings and wood burning fire place's inside!!! 8. Complex has its own dog park (Bark Park)! I could go on. No complaints as everything about moving in and living here has been seamless. Very, very pleased and won't be moving out unless I have to.
