    I live in the Smoketree Subdivision under HRW management. I received a violation letter regarding straw on my roof during the fall. I was given 30 days to cleaned my roof. It was cleaned day 29. I received a second violation letter showing pictures of my roof day 27. I called numerous times to speak with HRW representative to no avail. Finally I get an email that reads” I have received your customer care ticket regarding your violation. The violation has been closed. I am not sure why you would have received two like that. Unfortunately, we do not control the mail and the rate in which it’s is received” (What does the mail have to do with them rechecking my house on the 27th day?) After checking with numerous neighbors who had straw on their roof and did not receive a violation letter dated as my letter, I felt that my rights were violated. The second letter was in violation of their own rules The HOA president does not comply with the rules and it targets some homeowners.
