- TWTurbo WinderJul 14, 20252.0I am giving 2 starts only because of the HOA. The neighborhood is at great location with a big community in it. The build quality is not great and the new apartment building planning will make the traffic worse inside the neighborhood. Where all these things can be compromised, the main headache is the Cusick company who manages HOA. They are the worst. They think house owners as residents of the community instead of actual owners of the properties. They give absurd notices to the house owners as if owners will have to decorate their houses based on HOA's instructions. While asked upon, they give absurd reasons. Most importantly, they don't take proper care of the neighborhood areas. As a result, the whole property looks unmanaged and dirty. Pulte must take strong action against the HOA for their ignorance and harassing house owners who bought hundreds of thousands of dollars of home from them.
