  Fire alarms have been going of more frequently because people smoke here even though it’s supposed to be a smoke-free community. The smell from all that smoking can be quite strong at times. There used to be a false fire alarm issue due to bad wiring and that was fixed around early 2025 (when the complex got a flood of negative review the overall rating went to 2points). Now every time it goes off, it’s legit because people smoke. Speaking of the people here, some residents leave their trash out for days (not even inside the bins, so it stinks up the hallways). There’s also been a couple of incidents of residents letting their pets defecate in the hallways and stairwells. Would love for the carpets to be spot cleaned at least as we can see the stains. Maybe some education to new residents upon signing will help, or maybe better vetting is needed. Great maintenance staff. The new management has been more responsive than the old staff. There were a few hiccups during the transition period but they have been keeping on top of things so far.

  With being new to the state and having the pleasure of entering a beautiful establishment and being greeted by lovely staff the atmosphere was so warm I work with a lovely lady named Gracie, who helped me tremendously with getting my application done guiding me through the process of everything made my transition to this establishment and State wonderful

  I recently visited District 54, and I was genuinely impressed by how welcoming and professional Gracie and her team were. Even though I’m not a resident, they treated me with the same level of care and attention you’d hope every community would offer. Gracie was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, and her team matched that energy perfectly. It’s rare to walk into an apartment community and immediately feel valued, but that’s exactly what happened here. If this is how they treat visitors, I can only imagine how well they take care of their residents. District 54 is lucky to have such an outstanding team.   I am extremely satisfied while living in this complex from all the amenities to the staff and management. Any time I’ve ever had an issue, Gracie is quick to drop what she’s doing to resolve my issue. I have my online meetings in my apartment often and haven’t had any issues so far. I’ve been living here for a little over 7 months and don’t plan on leaving any time soon. Can’t wait for the beautiful pool area to open back up!! Shout out to Gracie at District 54 for always taking care of her residents!

  You will never find a more responsive staff than what we have here at District at 54. Each and every concern is promptly addressed. Koa is our property manager and she is so active and hands on with everything that goes on with the property. I am also thankful for Adnielky who completed my work order within an hour of me entering it. Very thankful for the entire team!
