We started this process about 6 months ago. The gentleman that we started out with decided to move on to other things. In steps Tina and she has not missed a beat since coming aboard. This has not been an easy process and you would never know that she has been playing catch up. She has taken such great care of us from day one. A lot of companies say that you’re family, but Tina’s action and attention to us has made us feel like family. We are so grateful for her. We love you, Tina! The entire team at Clayton Homes comes highly recommended!!

If you're considering buying here, stop. If you're doing it anyway, learn law, because they don't respond to polite requests, only legal action. Just do NOT talk to Felix Small, whatever you do. I don't know if the other sales folks are better, but I know with certainty Felix will say anything to make a sale; don't believe his lies. Felix told me the house wouldn't be ready till October, so we planned for that. Then, around March, he told me we would be able to move in as early as June, which was exciting to hear... Then June came and went, July, August, and as of September 1, we were going to be homeless. So, we moved in September only to discover that the house was not remotely move in ready. The foundation for starters, the lawn was supposed to be seeded and strawed, but it's just red clay, so the entire interior of the house is stained red now. The trim throughout the entire house just falls off the wall, doors creak and don't close properly. They charged us a quarter million dollar for something that may well just fall down for lack of proper foundation, and couldn't even be bothered to install trim properly. I detailed every issue in September to Felix, including pictures, and he guaranteed me they would all be fixed. I spent the next three months calling and emailing constantly wondering when the fixes would be made. They just ignored me entirely until eventually I was forced to threaten legal action to get them to even pretend to care about fixing this quarter million dollar shanty. Once I threatened legal action, they started slowly fixing things. A few things at least. The screen door still doesn't open or close properly, there are cracks forming in the ceiling because the foundation wasn't leveled before they dropped the house on it, Also, they didn't bother to tell us that there's no services available here. No trash pickup. No cable, no broadband (you need satellite Internet). After four months, the foundation of my disabled mother's brand new Forever Home is still unstable, and the one poor man you keep sending to fix the foundation can't do it alone. I guess he'd already gotten his $25,000 commission, so why would he care that he sold us a lie. If I could get 25 grand for making a bunch of empty promises. I'll update again later if they force me to take legal action to make this house safe and habitable. I hope you're ashamed Felix. Assuming you're capable of even feeling shame.

We love our new Cool Breeze model home. We worked with Jackie and she was amazing! Always answered questions and always available. We had some hiccups with the house we were selling and she stuck with us. I would highly recommend her as your sales person! I can’t say enough good things.
